      Hi,
      we have fixed some issues in our Muse private pre-release build. Please join it , where you can get access to the build that contains this fix. You can install this pre-release build in parallel to your existing Muse public release, and it would not interfere with it.

          Hi,

          This may happen, if your browser has cached data, which conflict with data newly uploaded to the server. Normally in this case it helps, to clear the browser cache.
          Sometimes this alert occurs, if there is a conflict between the data newly uploaded to the server and a caching mechanism provided by the hosting server.
          If you don’t get rid of this alert, when you have cleared your browser cache, and you are sure, that really no file is missing, you may edit the file "AppPrefs.xml“:
          Close Muse (this is important).
          Find the file „AppPrefs.xml“ on your machine.
          On Windows go to “C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Muse CC Prerelease\2017.0”
          On a Mac go to menu „Go/Go to Folder …“ and give in or better copy the following line and paste it into the „Go to Folder“ dialog.
          ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Adobe Muse CC/2017.0/appPrefs.xml

          Open “AppPrefs.xml" with a text editor and change
          SuppressMissingFileError

          to
          SuppressMissingFileError

          Save…

        • Even After new update (today, 7/10/17) start page buttons unresponsive, no recent file history shown

          For over a month now, the start page has not shown any recent files, and the buttons to open a file, recent file, work, or learn, do not work. I can still use the program but have to enter through the main app button in finder. Even then I have to use the file drop down to locate my recent files to access them. Muse is not working properly! PLEASE FIX THIS!

            Thanks for reporting.
            What is the OS you are using?
            This should not happen, please logout from creative cloud login again and relaunch Muse to see if your issue gets resolved.

            • New update says it doesn't affect htaccess file, but i am having issues with htaccess file with new muse update.

              Hi! I uploaded my website with the new updated muse, and the bug it says it no longer should create with htaccess, has happened (it keeps showing visitors the error that files are missing etc).. when i contacted my web-host they told me it is the htaccess file on my site causing the issue. I don't know how to troubelshoot this. Any help would be great! Thanks!

                  Hi,

                  Thanks for reporting. If you have saved some muse file in the Muse so that will be visible in “Recent” screen that is your last saved work.
                  Learn screen should show tutorials. Please logout from muse and try relaunching it.

                • Unwanted Horizontal Scrollbar. Works in CC(2015) not in CC(2017)

                  Why does this page scroll horizontally at 1214px when the next breakpoint is set at 800 and this text block is inside the 800 margins?

                  There is just one yellow div set to "Stretch to Browser Width" and this text on top of it. The text block is centered and 730px wide. This all resides in a 1250 breakpoint.

                  Breakpoints are 1250 and 800. Both are FIXED WIDTH. Any help is much appreciated.

                  Notice when you go below 800 the vert scrollbar goes away.
                  This works CORRECTLY in CC(2015.2.0) but does…

                    Hi,

                    As I can see in the file you shared that on 800 Break point the yellow outer rectangle is set to responsive width and height and it is a fixed BP so the rectangle will not be responsive change it to Stretch to browser width at this bp and then verify it will work.

                  • When you want you click "save as" and then write the new name, after that Muse crashes!

                    The new name is technical correct without any special letters. The crashed file can be open when muse is restarted but sometimes not every adjustment (I did before clicking save as) has been saved. What's wrong? Has somebody else this problem, too?

                    • Native Superhero widget in Muse

                      Is there any way for you guys to make it possible for an element to stay centered on a webpage across all devices and screens? I sourly miss this, and the 3rd party widgets are not functioning properly and are very limited. This is something that should be possible to adjust natively in Adobe Muse.

                                  • Asset Problem Error Message without any Errors in Asset Panel

                                    Whenever I publish my site I get the following pop up:

                                    "Asset Problem: Click Cancel and then use the Assets panel to fix asset problems, or click OK to continue"

                                    However, I do not have any assets flagged with an error in the Assets panel.
                                    Also post publishing, visitors to my website get the following message:
                                    "Some files on the server may be missing or incorrect"

                                    This is certainly not great for business.

                                      Le lancement d'Indesign en même temps que Muse m'a obligé à réinstaller Indesign.

                                            Hi,

                                            Thanks for reporting but it is not an issue as this is as expected if you transfer the muse folder then you need to export it again to see the exported site.
